Project Overview
PayByCard is a unified wallet system, and admins hold the financial power, ensuring a structured flow of funds. Clients and media buyers benefit from dynamic fund requests, card creation, and bidirectional transactions. The platform provides advanced tools for finance dispute resolution and payment processing. Key modules of the dispute tools include Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR) Alerts and Dispute Dash. Additionally, the payment processing solutions cover online e-commerce payments and in-store payments.
The objective is to create an application for distributing funds and a management portal that helps centralize and control the process of fund allocation to various users. This portal allow users to manage their funds effectively and efficiently.
Challenges
The Client came up with the idea and problems with scattered information, manual work, worries about security, inability to see transactions well, and difficulty handling more work as they grow. The Client had detailed documentation of the problem but didn't know how to convert it into a digital solution.
Integrating PayByCard with a third party was a major challenge to design a detailed API structure,so it can be integrated easily with any system.
Solutions
We understand the client's vision and set up app architecture according to business needs and with a scalability scope. In response to the challenges, we worked closely for all problems, like introducing Media Buyers to manage multiple cards independently within the portal, each having dedicated login portals, Integrated tools like transaction logs, and corporate card management streamlined processes. We enhanced fund distribution and reporting capabilities, enabling Admins to manage transactions effectively while ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Sprint Meetings
Sprint meetings help us plan weekly tasks. We always prepare MOM, and while planning the new sprint, we check all backlogs to be discussed. We understand project requirements in detail and try to brainstorm how they can be converted into a technical document. Before starting any task, we ensure that all tasks have proper time estimation.
- Creating an Approach
We always follow best practices to make the approach reliable, robust, easy to scale, and keep user experience in mind.
